UAE Flag Day falls on Tuesday 3 November 2026. Every year, government offices, companies, schools and residents raise the UAE flag together at 11am to mark the anniversary of the late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed becoming President in 2004. It is also the start of the national season that runs through Commemoration Day and Eid Al Etihad on 2 December, so many businesses order their flags and decor once and use them for the whole month.

What to order for Flag Day

UAE flags for your flag pole, office entrance or building facade.
Hand flags for staff and students during the 11am flag raising.
UAE flag bunting for reception areas, shop fronts and classrooms.
Desk flags for meeting rooms and front desks.
Car flags for company vehicles and staff cars.
UAE flag pins for uniforms and front line teams.

Window stickers and shop decor

Shops and restaurants often add a simple patriotic window graphic for November. Custom stickers in the flag colours, with your logo and a short message, work well on glass doors, counters and packaging. Keep the design respectful: use the official flag colours and proportions, and never place text or logos on the flag itself.

Flag etiquette tips for companies

Replace any faded or torn flag before 3 November.
Raise the flag at 11am together with the rest of the country.
Keep the flag clean, off the ground and at the highest position when flown with other flags.
Use one supplier for all locations so colours match across branches.

Plan once for the whole national season

The same flags, bunting and stickers carry you through to UAE National Day. See our full UAE National Day collection and our custom flags range if you also need branded flags for your company.
