CHOOSE YOUR SOLUTION
A sticker or label needs to suit the surface it will attach to, the shape of the item and its conditions of use.
A menu or information panel needs a readable layout at its viewing distance and a plan for changing prices or messages.
A framed insert or promotional print needs the correct finished size, material and fitting arrangement. A print and a complete display with hardware are different orders.
For a café opening, you might need a menu panel, a window promotion and labels. Give each item a size, quantity and approved file, and identify which details are shared. A version list helps keep branch names, offers, languages and prices from being mixed up.
For oversized print, explore large-format printing. For a graphic with portable display hardware, see exhibition and event displays. You can include these in a combined enquiry, with the production and hardware scope listed separately.
Use the service links as starting points, then send a single item list for your project. Include any existing frames, panels or label application equipment that the new print must fit.
Present posters or information in a frame whose front edges open for insert changes. Tell us whether you need a new frame or only replacement print. Check the insert size, visible opening, mounting location and indoor or outdoor suitability.
Organise a café, restaurant or service menu around clear headings, prices and viewing distance. Specify a printed panel, replaceable insert or a separate digital-screen requirement. Hardware, content updates and electrical work are not automatic inclusions in a print quote.
Create branded labels, promotional stickers or identification graphics. Share the application surface, label shape, finished size and quantity per design. Check the adhesive, finish and delivery format, including whether you need separate pieces, sheets or a specified roll arrangement.
Display instructions, service details, opening hours or visitor information in an appropriate print format. Include the location and reading distance. Where content has a safety or regulatory role, supply approved wording and specifications from the responsible reviewer.
Produce business and promotional graphics from approved digital artwork. Share the final dimensions, material requirements, number of versions and quantity of each. Finishing, mounting and installation should be confirmed separately from printing. For specific printed formats, compare the Standard Door Hanger for promotions or the Custom Parking Pass for vehicle identification; confirm the intended use and artwork for either item.
A design file does not always show the final size, material or number of copies required. Supply a simple specification for each item so the quotation and proof refer to the same order.
Send the best original file available and confirm the required export format before final submission. A production PDF may be appropriate, but the team needs to agree the file setup for the actual job. Image quality should be reviewed at the finished size; a small screenshot may not contain enough detail for a larger print.
For artwork that reaches a cut edge, confirm the required bleed and keep essential text inside the agreed safe area. Adobe’s print-bleed guidance explains the extra artwork area used beyond the trim. Use the supplied job specification rather than assuming the same allowance works for a poster, shaped label and mounted panel.
Provide logo source files where possible and flag fonts, transparency, cut paths or special colours that need checking. Keep an editable original as well as the approved production file. If artwork creation or correction is needed, see our signage and print design service and agree that work and its cost separately.
State whether the item is handled frequently, displayed behind a cover, attached to a curved container or exposed to outdoor conditions. Paper, film and rigid panels answer different needs; a protective finish does not make every print suitable for every setting.
For stickers, share a sample or clear description of the actual application surface and the intended display period. Adhesion and removal depend on that combination, not just the label artwork. Avery Dennison’s adhesive guidance illustrates why a removable adhesive can behave differently on different surfaces. This reference is not a promise to supply that brand.
If a label has a food-contact, product-information or other regulated role, identify the intended use and obtain the required specification and content approval from the responsible party. Do not assume an ordinary printed sticker provides compliance, or that “water-resistant” and “waterproof” mean the same performance.
Check names, phone numbers, prices, dates, sizes and quantities on a clearly identified final proof. For menus or bilingual items, approve the Arabic and English wording together; translation and language checking need an agreed scope. The print proof is not a substitute for your review of the business information.
Agree how important brand colours will be assessed on the selected material. A phone or monitor preview is not an exact promise of print colour; stock, process and viewing conditions influence the result. Adobe’s colour-proofing guidance explains the role and limits of previewing output. Request an appropriate physical proof or sample when the project needs one.
Test QR codes or barcodes using a representative printed sample at the intended size and finish. Check the destination, encoded data and expected scanning conditions before the full run. Save the approved file with an identifiable version so later reorders do not accidentally use outdated details.
Price depends on dimensions, quantity per version, stock, print coverage, finishing, artwork preparation and any delivery or installation. Ask for an itemised quotation and clarify what is included with frames or mounting hardware. A frame-and-print package is not directly comparable with an insert-only order.
Ask about feasible quantities and the schedule for the particular job; no universal minimum order or same-day turnaround is assumed. For a repeat order, send the previous reference and confirm whether the material, wording or delivery split has changed. UAE enquiries are welcome, with delivery and onsite work outside Dubai agreed per project.
FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER
Keep one confirmed specification and proof for each version so the finished order is straightforward to check and distribute.
Send the best original artwork you have with the final size and product specification. Check the required production format, bleed, colour setup and image quality for that job. A file review may identify corrections; artwork preparation is not automatically included in printing.
Bleed is artwork extending beyond the final cut edge so trimming does not expose an unintended unprinted border. The required amount depends on the product and production method. Ask for the job specification and keep essential text within the agreed safe area.
Not exactly by default. Screens and print reproduce colour differently, and the material and process affect the finished result. Supply brand references and agree a suitable proofing approach, including a printed sample when colour matching is important.
No single material and adhesive should be assumed suitable everywhere. Describe the surface, shape, exposure and intended duration. Ask whether a representative application test is needed, and clarify removal expectations before ordering.
Include each version in the order list with its size and quantity. Provide approved language content and clearly named files so versions can be quoted and checked separately. Translation, proofreading and any changes to the layout need an agreed scope.
Not unless the screen and related services are explicitly included. A printed panel or replaceable insert is different from a digital display. Check hardware, controls, content updates, power and installation separately when an electronic menu is required.
Check both for the particular product. Feasible quantities and timing depend on materials, versions, finishing, approved files and delivery arrangements. Share your required date before approving the order; do not assume one minimum or lead time applies to all custom print.
Cost depends on finished size, quantity per design, material, print and finishing requirements, artwork work and delivery or fitting. Send an item list with those details for an itemised quote, and identify whether frames, mounting or installation are needed.
YOUR NEXT PROJECT
Tell us what you want to print, where it will be used and when it is needed. Include quantities for each design and whether you need artwork help, hardware or installation.
