Corporate fleet branding in Dubai
Corporate fleet branding keeps every car, van and truck in your fleet looking the same. We plan one layout, adapt it to each model and fit it across your fleet in Dubai.

One brand system, vehicle-specific layouts
A fleet can share its logo, colours and message hierarchy while using different graphic sizes and positions. Group vehicles by body type and variant before preparing artwork: a long-wheelbase van, a short-wheelbase van and a sedan should not be treated as interchangeable.
Lettering and identification graphics
Use approved logos, business details and vehicle identifiers where a focused design is enough. Make variable details—such as a branch number or asset code—clear in the artwork schedule. Explore vehicle lettering for simple branding layouts.
Partial graphics and full body wraps
Choose coverage around the message, budget, paint colour and intended use. Record the included panels and any exclusions for each model. Keep essential information clear of handles, wheel arches and panel breaks. Compare car branding, van graphics and bus branding for vehicle-specific considerations.
New branding and phased rebranding
A new fleet and a fleet carrying an old identity need different preparation. Identify which vehicles need removal work, which are awaiting delivery and which must remain operational. Agree a priority order and how the business will manage mixed old and new branding during the changeover.
Replacement panels and later additions
Plan how new vehicles, damaged panels and revised contact details will be handled after the initial rollout. Retain approved layouts, material references and vehicle identifiers. A replacement should be checked against the actual vehicle; fresh print may not exactly match graphics that have weathered in use.
Your fleet quote checklist
- Vehicle make, model, year and body variant
- Quantity and identifying reference for each group
- All-side photos and existing graphic condition
- Brand guidelines and variable vehicle details
- Coverage, vehicle locations and approval status
- Batch availability, target dates and budget
Nominate one contact to approve artwork and one to coordinate vehicle release and collection.
Control the artwork before scaling up
Build a vehicle and artwork register
Give each model group its own approved layout and revision reference. Record exceptions such as rear windows, sliding doors, added equipment or different body colours. Check names, contact details, Arabic and English wording and vehicle-specific identifiers before releasing a batch to print.
Where appropriate, agree a first-vehicle review before continuing with the remaining batch. Review colour, placement, readability and the way graphics cross panels on the actual vehicle. Define this review stage in the quote and schedule; it should not be assumed to be included automatically.
Agree materials and surface preparation
Specify the film, laminate or lettering material for the application rather than requesting only a matching colour. Tell us about repainting, damaged paint, old vinyl and surface treatments. Each vehicle may need different preparation even when the design is identical. Removal and repairs should be assessed separately.
Ask for any written warranty terms and care instructions relevant to the proposed material. Do not assume the same lifespan or removal outcome across different surfaces and operating conditions. Required markings, lights, plates, sensors, visibility areas and service access must remain clear.
Check approvals by vehicle and use
For Dubai, review the current Mada Media vehicle advertising requirements. Vehicle category, coverage, artwork and ownership affect the review. Have the authorised applicant confirm the route for the fleet, including leased vehicles and approved language versions.
A shared design does not establish permission for every vehicle or emirate. Check responsibility for applications, documentation and fees before production. A graphics quotation is not a permit, and approval or renewal work is included only where explicitly agreed.
Schedule fitting around vehicle availability
Share the number of vehicles you can release at a time and any daily operating commitments. Group compatible vehicles into batches, then agree arrival condition, handover contacts and fitting slots. Depot or onsite work, working hours and suitable application conditions require project-specific confirmation.
Allow the programme to account for artwork changes, permissions, material availability, removal and vehicle readiness. Check how missed slots or replacement vehicles affect the plan. “Fleet branding” should not be read as a promise of zero downtime or a fixed number of installations per day.
How is a fleet graphics project priced?
Ask for the quote by vehicle group, coverage and quantity. Separate master design and model adaptations from print, fitting, removal, preparation, travel and permit-related work. Larger quantities can change production planning, but an identical per-vehicle price is not appropriate where models or conditions differ.
At handover, record which vehicles and artwork versions were completed, review the agreed coverage and retain care information. Discuss how later replacements or additions will be quoted so the initial scope and follow-up work remain clear.

Fleet branding questions
Can different vehicle models use the same fleet design?
They can share the same brand system, but each body variant needs its own layout check. Panel sizes, windows, doors and accessories can change graphic placement. Group the fleet by model and variant and approve the relevant proofs before production.
Can installation be phased so vehicles stay available?
Share how many vehicles you can release at one time and the operating schedule. Batches and fitting slots can then be discussed.
What information is needed for a fleet branding quote?
Send a vehicle list with models, variants and quantities, all-side photos, existing graphic condition and proposed coverage. Include brand guidelines, variable details, vehicle locations, available fitting windows and target dates. Nominate artwork and operations contacts.
How much does fleet branding cost in Dubai?
Cost depends on the vehicle groups, coverage, material specification, artwork adaptations and fitting work. Ask for an itemised quote separating design, production, installation, removal and any logistics or permit-related scope. Different models may have different per-vehicle costs.
Can you replace graphics on only one damaged panel?
Request an assessment using the vehicle reference, approved artwork version and a clear photo of the affected area. The material and layout need to match the existing specification where possible. Fresh print can differ from weathered graphics, so review the expected result before ordering.
Can an existing fleet be rebranded?
List which vehicles carry old graphics and share their age and condition where known. Removal, surface preparation and new artwork should be assessed together. Repainted or damaged surfaces may need additional work; damage-free removal cannot be assumed.
Does one advertising approval cover the whole fleet?
Do not assume a single approval covers all vehicles, categories or emirates. Have the authorised applicant confirm current requirements for each vehicle group and ownership arrangement. Agree who handles documentation and fees before production; the graphics quote is not itself a permit.
Can you quote for vehicles based across the UAE?
Yes, share the emirates, vehicle locations and quantities with the brief. Transport, depot access, fitting conditions and onsite availability must be reviewed. The team is based in Dubai, and coverage, responsibilities and dates outside Dubai are confirmed per project.
