CHOOSE YOUR SOLUTION

A full mural or a smaller branded detail?

A printed mural creates a large scene, pattern or branded feature, usually planned as a coordinated panel layout. Consider the whole room, not just the empty wall.

Cut decals and lettering place selected shapes, logos or words onto a suitable surface while leaving much of the existing wall visible.

Wallpaper or posters offer other ways to introduce a pattern, image or campaign message. Check the actual material and fitting method: “wallpaper,” “sticker” and “poster” do not describe one interchangeable product.

Make the wall work with the room

A reception feature may need one recognisable logo, while a meeting room could use a broader image or pattern. Mark desks, screens and furniture on the layout so they do not hide key content. Think about both the main viewing position and close-up detail.

Coordinate walls, glass and identification

For privacy or branding on glazed partitions, explore window graphics and frosting. For raised logos, room names and directions, see reception and interior signs. If the design extends underfoot, see floor graphics and decals; walking surfaces need a separate material and safety review. These can form one project brief while using different materials.

Explore wall graphics and print formats

Select the closest starting point, then describe the whole project. A printed mural, a logo decal and framed posters can share a visual style without sharing the same material or installation method.

branded wall graphics in dubai

Branded wall graphics

Create a coordinated brand feature for an office, retail space or customer-facing interior. Share the wall layout and the main message, whether it is a logo, company story or campaign. Agree the coverage, finish and material around the room’s use.

Wall decals & murals

Choose individual cut shapes or lettering for a focused detail, or a printed mural for a wider scene. Tell us which parts of the existing wall should remain visible. Review the final image crop and panel layout before approving a large design.

wallpapers & stickers in dubai

Wallpapers & stickers

Explore repeating patterns, decorative images and selected adhesive graphics. Check whether the proposal uses self-adhesive film or another wallcovering system. The wall preparation, fitting method and future removal plan should match that specification.

large-format printing in dubai

Large-format printing

Prepare artwork for oversized wall graphics and related print pieces. Supply the intended finished size and source files so image quality and production layout can be assessed. Printing alone does not include wall repairs, fitting or a mounting system unless agreed.

custom wall posters in dubai

Custom wall posters

Use a defined poster area for a promotion, artwork or information that changes. Specify size, quantity and how it will be displayed, such as an existing frame. Check the print material and whether any frame or mounting is included.

Prepare a wall-by-wall quote brief

Label each wall on your photos and note its width and height. Include a wider room view and close-ups of the finish. Initial dimensions help define the scope; agree who checks the final production measurements before printing.

  • Location and purpose: identify the room, site address and what the graphic should communicate.
  • Wall details: describe the substrate, texture, paint product if known, and when it was last painted.
  • Layout: mark doors, corners, sockets, switches, screens, skirting and furniture.
  • Artwork: send original logos, images and approved wording, including language versions.
  • Display period: say whether this is a short campaign, a longer-term interior or a rented space with reinstatement requirements.
  • Scope and access: list quantities, preferred date, working-hour restrictions, installation and old-graphic removal needs.

Assess the surface before choosing the adhesive

Paint condition, texture, moisture and previous coverings can affect whether a graphic is suitable. Flag peeling paint, damp areas, repairs or an unknown coating rather than expecting a print to conceal an unresolved wall problem. Wall repairs and repainting need an agreed scope before application.

A recently painted wall can feel dry without being ready for a graphic. Check the paint manufacturer’s curing guidance and the proposed film’s requirements; do not use one waiting period for every paint. Agree any representative adhesion test before full production or installation.

3M’s building and wall graphics guidance distinguishes interior, exterior and textured-surface applications. That does not mean one film works on all walls, or that a particular brand is included in the quote. Check the actual product and surface compatibility.

Approve the image at its real size and position

Send the original image file rather than a screenshot or messaging-app preview where possible. Image quality should be reviewed against the final print size and viewing distance; enlarging a small file does not create missing detail. Check that you have permission to reproduce any supplied photograph, illustration or licensed artwork.

Review a scaled wall layout with the proposed crop, panel divisions and any repeat pattern. Keep faces, logos and important wording away from awkward corners or obstructions where practical. Ask how joins and edges will be handled rather than assuming a large wall will be printed as one seamless piece.

For brand-critical colour or a finish that matters under the room’s lighting, agree a suitable printed sample or proof. A screen mockup alone is not an exact colour promise. Approve Arabic and English text together where used; translation and language checking should be confirmed separately.

Plan installation, care and eventual removal

Check property permission and site rules before fitting, especially in leased premises. Agree who moves furniture, prepares the wall and arranges safe access. Share any building requirements for material documentation before the specification is accepted; no fire, hygiene or environmental certification should be assumed from the word “wallpaper.”

Ask for cleaning instructions for the selected print and finish, taking account of the room’s use. Cleaning tolerance, resistance to scuffing and suitability for moisture depend on the system specified. An indoor decorative graphic should not automatically be used outside or in a wet area.

Plan removal at the quotation stage if a campaign or lease has an end date. Removable adhesive does not guarantee an undamaged wall: paint or the underlying finish can lift, and residue or redecoration may need attention. Avery Dennison’s wall-graphics bulletin explains why surface condition matters to removal. Check responsibilities rather than promising damage-free results.

What affects the cost of a wall mural or decal?

Price depends on the covered area, selected material and finish, artwork preparation, cut detail, panel layout and site access. Several small graphics with detailed fitting can be a different scope from one larger printed panel. Surface preparation, old-graphic removal and redecoration may be separate from production and installation.

Request an itemised quote with the approved design and wall list. Share a fixed opening or fit-out deadline early so artwork checks, surface readiness and access can be considered. UAE enquiries are welcome; delivery and onsite work outside Dubai are confirmed per project.

FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER

From wall photos to an approved installation

Keep the wall measurements, artwork layout and surface requirements together so production and fitting follow the same brief.

  1. Share the room and wall details
Send photos, dimensions, surface information and the intended message.
  2. Agree the material and preparation
Check suitability checks, finish, installation scope and removal expectations.
  3. Approve the production layout
Check crop, panel order, joins, wording and colour-proof requirements.
  4. Coordinate fitting and handover
Check wall readiness, access, final checks and product-specific care.

Wall graphics, decal and mural questions

A decal usually adds a selected shape, logo or lettering while leaving surrounding wall visible. A mural creates a larger coordinated image or pattern, often using multiple printed panels. Choose around the intended coverage, design and wall rather than the name alone.

Not automatically. The proposed material and surface need assessment, and textured walls may require a different system. For new paint, follow its curing guidance and the film requirements, then agree any adhesion test needed. Dry to the touch does not establish readiness.

Damage-free removal cannot be assumed. The outcome depends on the adhesive, wall finish, preparation, age and removal conditions. Paint or an underlying layer may lift, even with a removable product. Discuss testing, removal responsibility and possible redecoration before ordering.

Send the highest-quality original artwork and the intended print dimensions. Suitability depends on image detail, final size and viewing distance, not only a file’s stated resolution. Ask for a production review and an agreed proof or sample if detail or colour is critical.

It may. Large graphics are often divided into panels, and the join arrangement depends on the material, wall and installation method. Review the proposed panel layout and how joins meet important design details before approval; a seamless result should not be assumed.

Only if the selected product and surface are suitable for that setting. State moisture, exposure and cleaning requirements at the enquiry stage. Indoor wallpaper or a decorative decal is not automatically appropriate for an exterior wall or wet area.

Only when they are listed in the quotation. Separate artwork preparation, printed graphics, surface repairs or painting, installation, access equipment and old-graphic removal. Check who supplies approved text and images and who makes the wall ready.

Cost depends on area, material, finish, artwork work, cut detail, panel layout and installation access. Send photos and measurements for each wall, including its condition. An itemised quote should distinguish printing and fitting from preparation, removal or redecoration.
