Frequently asked questions
Can I return or exchange my order?
Everything we make is custom, so we can't take orders back if you change your mind. If your order is damaged, faulty, the wrong item, size or quantity, has missing parts, or does not match the proof you approved, we will exchange it, remake it or refund you.
Will I see a design proof before production?
Yes. We send a free digital proof for every custom order, and production starts once you approve it. If we don't hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved.
Do you deliver across the UAE and abroad?
Yes. We deliver across the UAE and ship internationally. You choose your delivery date on the product page, or we confirm it in your quote, and we email you when your order is dispatched. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer. Please give a full street address, as we can't deliver to a PO Box.
How can I pay, and are prices in AED?
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and any VAT that applies is shown at checkout. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Full payment is needed before production starts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Can each month have a different design?
Yes. Choose different designs for covers and months and upload a design for each page.
Which year and start month can I choose?
Any. Tell us the year and start month in the instructions.
Can you add our holidays and events?
Yes. List the dates in the instructions and we add them to the pages.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 50 calendars. The price per piece drops as you order more.
Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. We email a free digital proof before production. Check the artwork, wording and selected options, then reply with approval or corrections. Under our artwork approval and delivery policy, if we do not hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved and production starts. Late approval can move the delivery date.
