Food truck branding and wraps in Dubai
Food truck branding with bold wraps, menus and logos that pull in customers. We design, print and fit food truck wraps in Dubai.

Brand the truck for travel and service
A food truck changes when the hatch opens. A logo that looks prominent while driving may disappear during trading, and customers may approach from a different direction when parked. Plan the closed and serving configurations together.
Full and partial body graphics
A full printed treatment can connect the sides and rear; partial graphics can work with the existing body colour. Mark the exact panels included, rather than relying on the word “wrap”. Allow for seams, wheel arches, doors, hinges and removable panels. For simpler branding, consider cut vinyl lettering.
Serving-hatch identity and customer directions
Keep the brand visible when the hatch is raised and staff are serving. Decide where customers order, pay and collect, then place concise instructions where each decision happens. Photograph the counter, open hatch and customer approach so the layout reflects the real setup rather than a closed-vehicle mock-up.
Menu boards and replaceable offers
Separate long-term brand graphics from prices and items that change. A menu board or replaceable printed panel may make updates simpler than reprinting a large body graphic. Provide the final item count, prices and approved language versions; check readability from the queue, not only at the counter.
Event and promotional materials
Coordinate the truck with permitted supporting displays, takeaway labels or campaign print. List these separately from the vehicle wrap and confirm where they can be used. Explore event displays and custom stickers and labels. Branding work does not include kitchen fit-out, catering equipment or event-space booking.
Your food truck quote brief
- Truck or trailer model, dimensions and quantity
- All sides, with the serving hatch open and closed
- Logo, brand colours and approved menu copy
- Coverage, menu positions and changeable offers
- Existing graphics, surface repairs and hot areas
- Location, launch date, budget and fitting availability
Include operator, vehicle-owner and venue requirements already supplied to you. Tell us if design or old-graphic removal is needed.
Plan around the hatch, menu and working surfaces
Make the message useful from the queue
Prioritise the business name, food offer and ordering information. Keep detailed menu copy on a surface customers can read while waiting. Review the layout with the hatch open, with an awning extended if fitted, and under the lighting used during service. Ask whether reflections or staff positions obscure important information.
Keep changing menu details easy to replace
Approve dish names, prices and language versions before production. The operator should verify ingredient, dietary, allergen and promotional claims. Identify which information is permanent and which may change seasonally. Agree how replacement menu inserts or panels will be measured, supplied and fitted; digital menu software is not automatically included.
Review heat, cleaning and access
Identify exhaust outlets, ventilation grilles, equipment-access panels and areas exposed to grease, steam or frequent cleaning. Do not cover vents, handles, safety information, lights, plates or required visibility areas. Have the responsible vehicle or fit-out team identify surfaces unsuitable for graphics before specifying the film.
Share the body finish and any repainting, damage or existing vinyl. Ask for a material specification suited to the agreed position and a cleaning method compatible with it. Exterior branding should not be assumed suitable for food-contact surfaces. A wrap does not repair damaged paint, and old-graphic removal may need separate preparation.
Check permissions separately from the graphics quote
Review the current Mada Media vehicle advertising guidance for Dubai. The appropriate category and design conditions depend on the vehicle and its use. Have the authorised applicant confirm the required route, approved Arabic and English wording, and any vehicle-owner consent before printing.
Advertising approval does not replace the separate permissions needed to operate or trade at a location. Check those requirements with the responsible authorities and venue or event organiser. Agree who handles applications and fees; a branding quotation does not grant permission to operate a food business.
Cost, fitting dates and your launch plan
The quote depends on coverage, vehicle shape, film and finish, artwork work and additional menu or display items. Ask for separate lines for design, production, removal, preparation and fitting where relevant. Check excluded panels, permit-related work and how later menu updates would be priced.
Share a launch or event date early. Production and fitting need an approved layout, any required permissions and a ready vehicle. Arrange work around the fit-out programme and operating schedule; dates are confirmed after the scope is reviewed. At handover, check the agreed panels and hatch movement, and request the relevant cleaning and care instructions.

Food truck branding questions
The agreed package can cover printed body graphics, lettering, serving-area identity and menu graphics. Specify each item, panel and finish in the quote. Kitchen fit-out, equipment, trading permissions and event bookings are not automatically part of a branding project.
Yes. Review both configurations so the brand and customer instructions remain useful during service, not only while the truck is closed. Send photos of the raised hatch, counter, awning if fitted and the side customers approach.
Plan frequently changing prices and offers on separate inserts, panels or menu boards rather than building every detail into the main wrap. The replacement method depends on the selected construction. Agree artwork, sizes and update costs before production.
Price depends on the vehicle, coverage, materials, artwork and fitting work, plus any menu or display items. Send all-side photos, open-hatch photos, dimensions and the item list for an itemised quote. Check whether removal, preparation and permit-related work are included.
Check the current vehicle advertising requirements for the truck or trailer and its use before printing. Dubai guidance is available through Mada Media. Advertising approval is separate from food-business operating and location permissions; have the authorised operator confirm all applicable requirements.
Provide approved brand and menu wording in both languages and review them together on the artwork. Check the current vehicle advertising language requirements and confirm whether translation or specialist review is included. The operator must approve names, prices and food-related claims.
Identify heat, grease, steam, cleaning and access conditions before choosing materials. Keep ventilation, required markings and working access clear. The responsible vehicle or fit-out team should confirm suitable positions; exterior wrap material is not automatically suitable for hot or food-contact surfaces.
Share the date, vehicle readiness and available fitting window at the enquiry stage. The schedule depends on artwork, approvals, materials and preparation. Check the agreed handover date before planning around it; an event deadline does not bypass necessary approvals.
Photograph the trailer both connected for travel and parked for service. Show the drawbar, support legs, rear doors, serving hatch and awning if present, then plan graphics around those moving or access areas. Keep required lights, reflectors and markings clear. Approve artwork for both travel and trading configurations.
