Trailer signs and wraps in Dubai

Trailer signs and wraps turn your trailer into a moving billboard. We design, print and fit trailer graphics, logos and contact details in Dubai.

Illustrative trailer branding concept, not a verified Al Burooj customer project or approved advertising layout.

Trailer branding: trailer graphics designed for the actual body

An enclosed box trailer offers broad panels, but hinges, rivets, seams, shutters and required vehicle details break up that space. Treat the side and rear as separate layouts. Share the trailer make, body type and all-side photos before an artwork size is promised.

Business names and trailer lettering

For a restrained identity, prioritise a readable business name, service and one contact route. Keep small copy off the lower edge where dirt and road spray make it hard to read. Check line breaks and Arabic and English wording against a scaled trailer proof. For graphics across both tractor and trailer, use a consistent brand system while allowing each vehicle its own dimensions.

Partial graphics and larger coverage

Printed side panels can carry imagery, colour blocks or a campaign design. Define which panels are included and whether roof, rear doors, shutters or cab are outside scope. Plan art around door swing, handles, hinges, side rails, ventilation openings and panel joints. A full wrap involves more preparation, material and fitting time than a logo or partial layout.

Rear-door layout

The rear has a different viewing distance and many interruptions: locks, hinges, lights, plates, reflectors and required markings. Use a simple message and check that no application interferes with opening or safety features. A shutter, curtain-sided body or refrigerated unit needs a different substrate and fitting review from a smooth rigid box.

Fleet and replacement planning

If several trailers need matching branding, record body variants, dimensions and old graphic condition. Agree a master design and each model adaptation before printing. Keep the artwork revision and material reference for later additions or damaged-panel replacements. See fleet graphics for a phased rollout approach and reflective vehicle signage if specified markings are part of the brief.

Your trailer branding quote checklist

  • Trailer type, make, body length and quantity
  • Photos of both sides and the rear
  • Measured usable panels and door details
  • Logo, wording and brand guidelines
  • Old graphics, repairs and surface condition
  • Yard location, access and release dates

Tell us whether the project is ordinary fleet identity, third-party advertising or a temporary campaign, and share any required approval documents.

Survey the substrate, then specify the graphics

Trailer films and installation methods depend on the surface: smooth rigid panels, riveted metal, corrugations, repairs and shutters are not interchangeable. 3M’s trailer application bulletin documents different techniques for seams, rivets and corrugations. It is a technical reference, not a claim that Al Burooj uses a particular film. Ask for the proposed material, laminate and current application guidance for the actual body.

Send close photos of rivets, old decals, paint or panel damage and refrigeration hardware. A film cannot repair a compromised surface. Removal and surface preparation should be priced separately where needed. Agree where graphic panels start and finish and where joins may be visible on the final layout.

Keep lights, reflectors, registration plates, manufacturer information and any legally required markings unobstructed. If reflective or conspicuity markings are specified by the operator or authority, treat them as a separate requirement with a written layout and material specification.

Plan approvals, access and handover

Check the Dubai advertising category

Mada Media’s vehicle advertising service lists trailer and semi-trailer/mobile advertising vehicles as a distinct category. The authorised owner or operator should confirm the current route, artwork, licence and documents for this particular use before production. Branding a goods trailer and using a trailer as a mobile advertisement may be treated differently. A graphics quotation does not include a permit unless explicitly agreed.

Arrange safe fitting access

Share where the trailer can be parked, whether it can be detached, the yard working hours, surface cleaning and any lifting or access restrictions. Material application depends on dry, suitable conditions and the chosen product’s instructions. Agree vehicle release and return contacts before booking fitting. Onsite work outside Dubai is assessed for each project.

Approve artwork and price by scope

Proof the side and rear separately, including any variable trailer numbers and Arabic/English text. Ask for an itemised quotation showing master design, model adaptations, print/cut production, material, removal, preparation, fitting, access equipment and travel. Quantity alone does not set a common unit price when bodies and conditions differ.

At handover, check the applied coverage against the signed proof and record any exclusions, joins and care instructions. Keep the artwork and material reference for future repair or another trailer. Trailer signs and branding questions

Send the trailer type, make, body length and quantity, photos of both sides and rear, measured usable panels, artwork, surface condition, yard location and desired dates. Mention shutters, refrigeration, old graphics and any approval requirement.

A shared brand system can be adapted, but each body needs its own proof. Panel lengths, doors, hinges, rails, rivets and rear hardware vary. Group trailers by model and approve each layout before production.

Some film systems have application methods for these surfaces, while others have limits. Share close photos and dimensions so the material and fitting method can be checked against current manufacturer instructions. Do not assume a flat-panel quote covers a riveted or corrugated body.

Rear-door graphics can be discussed after checking hinges, locks, seals, lights, registration plates, reflectors and any required markings. The design must fit the actual openings and remain clear of operational and safety features.

Not necessarily. The purpose and operator status matter. Dubai’s vehicle advertising service lists trailers and semi-trailers/mobile advertising vehicles separately. The authorised owner or operator should confirm the current category and documents before production.

Include clear photos of the old film and the panel condition. Removal and preparation can be assessed and quoted separately. A clean, damage-free result cannot be promised without inspecting the surface and any repainting or repairs.

It depends on trailer size, coverage, artwork adaptations, film and laminate, surface condition, removal, access and fitting. Request an itemised quote for each body group; a logo set and a large printed wrap are different scopes.

Yes. Share the emirate, yard locations, number of trailers and release windows. Delivery, onsite access and fitting availability outside Dubai are confirmed for the project.

Do not assume so. A flexible curtain moves and folds, while a rigid panel does not. The artwork, material and installation method must be checked for the actual curtain construction and its operating conditions. Send photos of the curtain, seams, straps and fully open and closed positions before requesting a specification or quote. For a mixed vehicle fleet, see our fleet graphics planning service.
