Custom Wall Poster Printing in Dubai

Custom wall posters for clear, changeable displays

A wall poster is a separate printed piece that can be framed, mounted or placed in a display system. It suits offices, retail spaces, exhibitions and interior campaigns where imagery may change without re-covering the wall. Al Burooj Advertising can discuss poster printing in Dubai from your finished size, quantity and approved artwork. If you need graphics applied across a whole surface instead, compare wall decals and murals or premium wall graphics.

Prepare the artwork for the finished size

Start with the viewing distance and the wall or frame opening, then confirm the actual printed dimensions. Artwork needs enough detail at that size, a considered crop and an approved final version. Send high-resolution files and colour references; check names, offers and any other text before production. Our creative design service can help adapt a supplied concept. Ask whether an artwork check or proof is part of the quoted scope.

Choose the paper, finish and display method

The right substrate and finish depend on lighting, handling, expected display life and whether the poster sits behind glazing. Decide whether you need loose prints, a mount, an existing frame insert or a new frame. For frequent changes, a custom snap frame may make access easier; confirm its visible opening and print allowance. For other larger printed formats, see large-format printing.

Plan production and delivery around the site

Provide sizes and quantities by design, frame details, installation needs and the delivery address. If posters must match existing décor, specify the colour references and whether you want a proof. Check what is included—printing, finishing, frames, installation and delivery—before approving the job. Outdoor or high-moisture locations need a separate material review; ordinary indoor poster paper should not be assumed suitable. For general print work, explore digital printing.

Custom wall posters FAQs

How is a wall poster different from a wall mural?

A poster is a discrete print sized for a frame, mount or display position. A mural or adhesive wall graphic is planned to cover a larger wall surface. Choose from the viewing distance, wall area and how often the artwork may change.

What artwork should I supply for a custom poster?

Send a print-ready file at the intended size if available, plus any colour references and an approved version of the design. A small web image may look soft when enlarged. Artwork resolution, crop and text should be checked before print.

How do I choose the correct poster size?

Measure the visible area and specify whether you mean the finished print size or the opening of an existing frame. Allow for any border, mat or trim. Share the frame model or a photo if the print must fit an existing display.

Which paper and finish should I choose?

The choice depends on artwork, lighting, viewing distance, handling and the display method. A matte, satin or other finish may be discussed for a specific job; ask for the available material and proof options in the quotation.

Are frames, snap frames or installation included?

Do not assume they are included with the printed poster. State whether you need loose prints, mounting, frames, snap frames, delivery or installation, and have each item confirmed in the quote.

Can I use these posters outdoors?

A standard indoor paper poster should not be assumed suitable outdoors. Share the exact location, exposure, duration and display system so a suitable material and protection can be assessed.

Will printed colours exactly match my screen?

Screens and printed materials display colour differently. Provide approved colour references and ask about a proof if colour is critical. Final appearance also depends on the paper, finish and lighting.

What details do you need for a wall poster quote?

Send finished sizes, quantities, artwork or a design brief, paper and finish preference, frame or mounting requirements, delivery or installation location and the date needed. Flag any special colour or approval requirements.
