Reception signs and logo walls in Dubai

Give visitors a strong first impression with a reception logo sign. Choose 3D acrylic, metal or LED lit letters, made to size and fitted on your reception wall in Dubai.

A reception sign designed for the room

A wall logo is seen at the moment a visitor enters. Its scale, contrast and location should work with the desk, sightline and existing finishes—not just look appealing in a cropped mock-up. Start with a wide photo of the space, the full wall dimensions and your approved logo artwork. We can then discuss a practical sign construction and a measured installation plan.

Dimensional letters and logos

Individual raised letters or a fabricated logo can add depth without covering the whole wall. Acrylic offers a broad choice of colours and profiles; brushed or painted metal gives a different surface character. The design needs enough detail for the material and letter size chosen, particularly for fine strokes, small counters and a bilingual mark. Compare physical finish samples when colour or reflectivity is critical. See dimensional lettering for the wider category.

Wall panels and backplates

A panel can help carry a logo where the wall texture makes direct lettering difficult or where a clean contrast is needed. Consider panel size, edges, fixings and how the sign meets the existing surface. Stone, glass, timber, plasterboard and decorative cladding do not accept the same mounting approach. Share close photos and any fit-out drawings before committing to a detail.

Lighting and visitor legibility

Front lighting, halo lighting or an unlit sign can each suit a different room. Ask how the sign will read during normal operating hours, including glare from glazing and downlights. If illumination is proposed, identify the power location, electrical responsibility and maintenance access in the quote. Do not assume an existing wall has a suitable connection just because the visualisation shows a glowing logo.

From your brand file to installation

1. Share the actual space and brand assets

Provide a vector logo if you have one, plus brand colours, approved wording, wall photographs and approximate measurements. Tell us whether the space is occupied, still under fit-out or opening on a fixed date. If Arabic and English will appear, supply approved wording for both and identify which version of the logo is current. A low-resolution screenshot may need artwork preparation before fabrication.

2. Choose material, finish and fixing approach

Compare a suitable construction against the wall substrate, desired depth, finish and budget. The sign weight, existing services, drilling restrictions and landlord instructions affect the fixing method. A design proof should show dimensions and placement; it is not a substitute for checking the actual wall. We can discuss artwork preparation and installation as parts of the written scope.

3. Approve the proof and itemised quote

Check spelling, artwork, Arabic and English layout if relevant, colours, material, dimensions, illumination and mounting location. Ask whether the price includes artwork preparation, samples, power or electrical work, delivery, installation, access, protection of finished interiors and making-good. Approval should be based on the specified materials and measured site, not a generic illustration.

4. Coordinate fitting and handover

Check reception access, working hours and any building requirements before the fitting date. Protect finished surfaces and agree who removes an old sign, if applicable. At handover, compare the installed sign with the approved scope and ask for any relevant cleaning, warranty or maintenance information. For coordinated visitor navigation beyond the lobby, explore wayfinding signs and directory boards.

What affects reception-sign pricing?

Overall size, number of letters, material thickness, finish, illumination, artwork condition, wall construction, site access and installation all affect the quote. A pair of similarly sized logos can have very different fabrication requirements. Ask for an itemised specification so you can compare like with like and understand what is excluded.

Reception-sign questions

Send a vector logo if available, a wide photo of the reception, approximate wall width and height, wall material, site address, preferred finish and target date. Tell us about building access, drilling restrictions, existing power and whether Arabic and English are needed. We can clarify measurements before production.

Acrylic, aluminium, stainless steel and other dimensional-letter constructions create different looks, weights and fixing needs. A sample or finish specification should be checked against the actual wall and lighting. Material choice depends on the design, budget, cleaning needs and mounting surface.

Illumination can be discussed where the design and site allow it. Share the intended power location and wall construction. Electrical connections, controls, testing and any specialist work must be separately reviewed and identified in the quote; a lighting visualisation alone does not establish feasibility.

Possibly, subject to the actual substrate, sign weight and permitted fixing method. Glass, stone, plasterboard, panelling and textured finishes may need different details. Send close photos and identify any landlord or fit-out restrictions before we recommend a method.

Yes, a bilingual layout can be specified in the brief. Provide approved Arabic and English brand wording and any brand guidelines. Check the spelling, reading order, relative size and final artwork before fabrication; we should not invent or translate a registered name without your approval.

Start with the viewing distance, visitor approach, desk height, wall width and nearby lighting. Provide a wide reception photograph and approximate dimensions. The sign should be legible without dominating the space or conflicting with doors, services or access routes. Final placement should be checked against the measured site.

Timing depends on final artwork, material, finish, quantity, approvals, site readiness and access. Share your opening or move-in date early, but ask for a confirmed production and installation schedule only after the design and scope are approved.
