After you place an order

We email you an order confirmation straight away.

For every custom order we send you a free digital proof before we start.
Production starts once you approve the proof. If we don’t hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved and production starts.
Late proof approval moves your delivery date, for both free and paid delivery options.

You choose your delivery date on the product page before checkout. The delivery options show the date and any extra cost.
We use the fastest courier for the date you choose.
We deliver across the UAE. Please give a full street address, as we can’t deliver to a PO Box.

We email you when your order is dispatched.

Once a parcel is with the courier, delays on the way are outside our control. Please contact the courier for help.
If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier will try again or hold it for collection for a limited time. Unclaimed parcels may not be returned to us, and a free remake or refund is then not possible.
If a parcel is lost or shows as delivered but you don’t have it, report it to the courier and to us within 15 days of the delivery date.
