These terms apply when you use www.alburoojadvertising.com or place an order with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them with our Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Who can order
- You must be 18 or older to place an order or create an account.
- We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC sanctioned countries, or to people or companies on sanctions lists.
- You agree to give true, complete and up to date information.
Quotes and orders
- A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
- Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the price or product details were shown wrongly, if we can’t make the item, or if the design breaks these terms. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Any VAT that applies is shown at checkout.
- The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Payment is taken in AED.
- Full payment is needed before production starts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Refunds are paid only to the original payment method used.
Your artwork and design proof
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, all logos, images and text you send us.
- We will not print content that is illegal, offensive, or that copies someone else’s brand or trademark.
- We send a free digital proof before production. Please check spelling, sizes and colours carefully. Once you approve the proof, it is final.
- If we don’t hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved and production starts.
- Colours on screen can look a little different from the printed item. This is not a fault.
Production and delivery
Delivery dates start after you approve the proof. Full details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Installation and site work
- If your order includes installation, please give our team safe access to the site on the agreed date.
- Unless you buy our Signage Permits service, you are responsible for any landlord, mall or authority approvals needed for your sign.
- If the site is not ready or access is not given, we may charge for a new visit.

Our website content
All text, images, designs and logos on this website belong to AL Burooj Advertising L.L.C or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Designs we create for you can be used by you for your own business once the order is paid in full.
Our responsibility
- We are responsible for making your order with reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, weather, or government restrictions.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE law.
Governing law
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai will deal with any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
