What is an Artwork Neon Sign?
It is a custom LED neon sign made from your own logo, artwork or design. You can choose classic Neon Artwork, where your design is made in neon lines, or Acrylic UV Neon Artwork, where your design is printed in full colour on acrylic with a neon outline.
Can I use my own artwork or logo?
Yes. Upload your file in step 2. We accept JPEG, JPG, GIF, PNG, SVG, EPS, PDF, PSD and AI files. For the best result, send a vector file such as AI, EPS or PDF.
Can I customise the size?
Yes. Pick one of our square, horizontal or vertical sizes, or choose Custom Size and enter any width and height from 8 to 80 inches.
Will I receive a design mock-up?
Yes. Our art team reviews every order and sends you a final design to approve before production starts.
Can I use my neon sign outdoors?
Yes. Choose "For outdoor use (water resistant)" under Sign usage and we will make your sign water resistant.
What comes with my sign?
Your sign comes with a power adaptor for the plug type you choose, a remote and dimmer (free with every sign), and the mounting hardware you select.
How do I hang my sign?
Choose mounting screws to fix the sign to a wall, a ceiling hanging rope to hang it from the ceiling, or a wall hanging chain to hang it from a single hook. You can choose more than one.
How long will my neon sign last?
Our LED neon has a lifespan of more than 50,000 hours. It uses little power and makes no heat or noise.
When will I receive my sign?
Pick your delivery date in the last step. Standard delivery is free, and faster dates are available for an extra fee. Dates are counted in working days, Monday to Friday, for orders placed before 2 pm.
What sizes can I order?
Pick one of our standard sizes, or enter your own width and height from 8 to 80 inches.
Can my sign have more than one colour?
Yes. You can light up to 4 parts of your design, each in its own colour, from 20 colours.
Which backboard can I choose?
Styles: Cut to Letter, Rectangle Backboard, Cut to Shape or Fine Cut. Colours: Clear / Transparent, Green, Lemon Yellow, Red, Blue, Purple, Orange, Gray, Dark Brown, Black, Gold Mirror, Silver Mirror or Custom Color.
Which power plug will I get?
Choose the plug for your country when you order: USA / CANADA 120V, UAE / UK / IRELAND 230V, EUROPE 230V, AUSTRALIA / NZ 230V or JAPAN 100V. UAE / UK / IRELAND 230V is selected by default.
How is my sign packed?
Choose wooden box, carton box or reusable wooden box. Any extra cost shows when you select it.
