Is the pole included?

Select Pole in the base and pole step to add a pole kit. Leave it unselected if you already have poles and only need the printed flag.

Which base should I choose?

Use a ground stake on grass or sand, a cross base on hard floors, and add the water bag to the cross base for extra weight outdoors.

What is the difference between single and both sides?

Single sided flags are printed on one layer and show a mirror image on the back. Both sides uses a blockout layer so each side reads correctly.

Will I see my design before it is printed?

Yes. We email you a free digital proof and only start printing once you approve it.
