Which air type should I choose?

Choose constant air for outdoor events, because the blower keeps the arch firm in wind. Choose sealed air for indoor events where you want no blower noise.

How do I set it up?

Lay it flat, connect the blower or pump, and switch on. Tie down with the ropes and stakes. Most setups take under 10 minutes.

Can I use it in windy weather?

Use it in light wind only and always tie it down. Deflate and pack it away if the wind gets strong.

How do I store it?

Make sure it is dry, fold it loosely and keep it in its bag in a cool place.

Will I see my design before it is printed?

Yes. We email you a free digital proof and only start printing once you approve it.
