Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to inflate?
With the electric pump it takes a few minutes. Close the valve and the tent stays firm all day.
Is the tent safe in wind?
Use sandbags or water bags on every leg and peg it down. Take the tent down in strong wind.
Can I add or remove walls later?
Yes. The walls attach with zips or hook and loop tape, so you can change them at any event.
Which size should I choose?
The 10 x 15 ft size suits most outdoor events. Choose 13 x 20 or 16 x 25 ft for bigger crowds or product displays.
Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. We email you a free digital proof and only start printing once you approve it.
