Frequently asked questions
Can I return or exchange my order?
Everything we make is custom, so we can't take orders back if you change your mind. If your order is damaged, faulty, the wrong item, size or quantity, has missing parts, or does not match the proof you approved, we will exchange it, remake it or refund you.
Will I see a design proof before production?
Yes. We send a free digital proof for every custom order, and production starts once you approve it. If we don't hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved.
Do you deliver across the UAE and abroad?
Yes. We deliver across the UAE and ship internationally. You choose your delivery date on the product page, or we confirm it in your quote, and we email you when your order is dispatched. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer. Please give a full street address, as we can't deliver to a PO Box.
How can I pay, and are prices in AED?
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and any VAT that applies is shown at checkout. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Full payment is needed before production starts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Which invitation card size should I choose?
18 x 13 cm is the classic invitation size and fits a C5 envelope. Cards of 11 x 16 cm and smaller fit a C6 envelope.
Do invitation cards come with envelopes?
Yes, if you want them. Add white, black, brown or red envelopes in C6 or C5 size in the options.
Can you design my invitation in Arabic and English?
Yes. Send us your wording in one or both languages and our designers lay it out. You approve a free proof before we print.
How early should I order wedding invitations?
Order at least 3 to 4 weeks before you plan to send them. Standard delivery is 12 working days, and faster options start from 7 working days.
Flat or folded, which is better?
Flat cards are simple and modern. Folded cards give you room inside for a longer message.
Can you print a different name on each card?
Yes. Send us a list of names and we print each card.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is shown next to the quantity box on each product. The price per piece drops as you order more.
Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. We email a free digital proof before production. Check the artwork, wording and selected options, then reply with approval or corrections. Under our artwork approval and delivery policy, if we do not hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved and production starts. Late approval can move the delivery date.
