Everything we make is custom, so we can't take orders back if you change your mind. If your order is damaged, faulty, the wrong item, size or quantity, has missing parts, or does not match the proof you approved, we will exchange it, remake it or refund you.

Yes. We send a free digital proof for every custom order, and production starts once you approve it. If we don't hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved.

Yes. We deliver across the UAE and ship internationally. You choose your delivery date on the product page, or we confirm it in your quote, and we email you when your order is dispatched. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer. Please give a full street address, as we can't deliver to a PO Box.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and any VAT that applies is shown at checkout. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Full payment is needed before production starts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Die cut stickers are cut through the sticker and the backing, so each sticker comes on its own, cut to its shape. Kiss cut stickers are cut through the sticker only, so each one sits on a square backing that makes it easy to peel and hand out.

Vinyl is our most popular choice: it is waterproof and works indoors and outdoors. Coated art, kraft and crepe paper suit packaging, jars and gift labels kept indoors. Metallic silver and gold paper give a shiny premium look, epoxy adds a raised clear dome, clear stickers let the surface show through, and transfer stickers leave only your design with no background.

Vinyl, PVC, clear and epoxy stickers resist water, so they are fine for bottles, cars and outdoor use. Paper stickers such as kraft, crepe and coated art paper are best for dry, indoor use.

The minimum is 10 stickers per design. Prices per sticker drop as the quantity goes up. For more than 10,000 stickers, ask us for a quote.

Yes. Choose Custom size and enter the width and height in centimetres, from 2 to 40 cm. The price updates as you type.

AI, EPS, PDF and PSD files give the best result. We also accept JPG, PNG, GIF and SVG up to 50 MB. If you do not have artwork ready, choose Help with Artwork and our designers will prepare it.

Yes. We deliver to every emirate, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and we ship internationally too.

Glossy stickers have a shiny surface that makes colours look bright. Matte stickers have a soft, non reflective surface that is easier to read under strong light and easier to write on.

Yes. Each design is added to the cart as its own item, so you can add as many designs as you need to one order.

Our stickers use a strong permanent adhesive so they stay put. On smooth surfaces such as glass, metal and plastic they usually peel off cleanly; on painted walls or paper they may tear the surface.

Soft enamel has raised metal lines with the colour sitting lower, so you can feel the texture. Hard enamel is polished flat and smooth for a more premium jewellery look.
