LET’S START WITH YOUR BRIEF
Request a quote
for your project
Request a quote for signage, vehicle branding or printing in Dubai. Share the service, your contact details and what you already know about the project.
Request a quote: what happens next?
The team will review your brief and contact you to clarify the size, materials, artwork and delivery or installation requirements.
Help preparing your brief: 5 essential project details

1. Describe the sign, print or branding project
Explain what you want people to see or do: recognise your business, find a room, read an offer or identify a vehicle. Name the service or product if you know it. If you are comparing formats, describe the intended use and share a reference image as an example. A reference helps explain the idea; it does not establish a confirmed material or specification.
2. Include dimensions and quantity
Provide the width, height and number of items, using one clear unit such as millimetres, centimetres or metres. Label estimates as estimates. For multiple signs, list the size and quantity of each version separately. A photograph without a measurement may not show the available space accurately. If you cannot measure the site, explain that in your enquiry so the next step can be discussed.
3. Explain the location and display conditions
Tell us whether the item will be indoors or outdoors and share the location relevant to delivery or installation. For a wall or shopfront, include a photograph of the proposed position and describe the surface. For vehicle graphics, give the vehicle model and photographs of the sides to be branded. Mention known access restrictions, working-hour limits and landlord requirements so they can be considered in the scope.
4. Describe your artwork and finish preferences
Tell us whether you have a logo, final wording and a design file, or whether artwork support needs to be discussed. Keep a list of names, numbers and language versions where relevant. If a colour, material or finish is important, identify it clearly and explain whether it is a preference or a required specification. The final artwork, material and production details need to be agreed for your particular order.
5. State the required date and scope
Give the event, opening or handover date and distinguish it from the date you need delivery or installation. Say whether you need a supplied item, delivery, installation or a combination for the team to review. A requested date is part of the brief; availability and timing depend on the confirmed scope. Where a venue or authority has supplied requirements, explain which documents or approvals are already available.
Can I request a quote before every detail is ready?
Yes. Share what you know and identify the details that still need clarification. The team can then discuss the size, artwork, materials and delivery or installation requirements. A useful enquiry separates confirmed information from assumptions, especially when you are comparing different display formats or preparing a project for a future event.
