Frequently asked questions
How is a Face Lit Sign different from a Backlit Sign?
A face lit sign shines light through the front of each letter. A backlit (halo) sign shines light onto the wall behind the letters, making a glow around them. Face lit signs are brighter and easier to read from far away.
Can it be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes. Choose "For outdoor use (water resistant)" for outside signs, or "For indoor use only" for inside.
When will I receive my sign?
Pick your delivery date in the last step. Standard delivery is free, and faster dates are available for an extra fee. Dates are counted in working days, Monday to Friday, for orders placed before 2 pm.
What sizes can I order?
Any size from 6 to 96 inches wide and 6 to 96 inches high. Enter your width and height and the price updates straight away.
How is the price worked out?
The price depends on the size, the sign style and the options you choose. The total updates as you go, so you see the full price before you add it to your cart.
Which layouts can I choose?
Choose the layout that matches your design: Big Logo + Text, Stacked Logo + Text, Text, Multi-line Text, Logo + Text, Big Logo + Text + Small Text, Stacked Logo + Text + Small Text or Logo + Text + Small Text.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Upload your logo or artwork, or enter your text and pick one of 76 fonts. If you need help, choose Help with Artwork, or choose Email Artwork Later and send it after you order.
Can I choose the LED light colour?
Yes. Choose from Warm White, Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Orange, Ice Blue, Orange Red, Rose or White.
Which finishes are available?
The sides of the letters can have a metal frame colour (8 options) or be painted (15 colours). You can choose a glossy or matte finish.
Can I add a backing panel?
Yes. Choose a flat or open-top metal box backing. Panels can be rectangle, round or cut to shape, in 16 colours.
Which power plug will I get?
Choose the plug for your country when you order: USA / CANADA 120V, UAE / UK / IRELAND 230V, EUROPE 230V, AUSTRALIA / NZ 230V or JAPAN 100V. UAE / UK / IRELAND 230V is selected by default.
How is my sign packed?
Choose wooden box or carton box. Any extra cost shows when you select it.
