Frequently asked questions

What is a side lit sign?

The light comes out of the sides of each letter instead of the face, so the letters look outlined in light.

Will it work in the UAE?

Yes. Choose the UAE / UK / Ireland 230V plug and the sign plugs straight into a standard socket.

Will I see my sign before it is made?

Yes. We email you a free digital proof with your layout, colours and size, and only start production once you approve it.
