The Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 is here. The 10th edition runs from 31 October to 29 November 2026 and asks everyone in Dubai to do 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days. This year’s theme is “What’s Your 30×30?” Many companies, schools and community groups run their own walks, runs and sports days during the month. This guide gives you the key dates and shows how to brand your event and reward your participants.

Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026 key dates

31 October to 29 November: the 30×30 challenge across Dubai.
1 November: Dubai Ride.
7 and 8 November: Dubai Stand Up Paddle at Hatta Dam.
22 November: Dubai Run on Sheikh Zayed Road and through Downtown Dubai.
29 November: Dubai Yoga.

The challenge is organised by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and Dubai Sports Council, and has had more than 16 million participants since 2017 (Gulf Business). November is also packed with other sport in Dubai, including the DP World Tour Championship (12 to 15 November), the Dubai T100 Triathlon (13 to 15 November) and the Emirates Dubai 7s (27 to 29 November).
