Frequently asked questions
Can I return or exchange my order?
Everything we make is custom, so we can't take orders back if you change your mind. If your order is damaged, faulty, the wrong item, size or quantity, has missing parts, or does not match the proof you approved, we will exchange it, remake it or refund you.
Will I see a design proof before production?
Yes. We send a free digital proof for every custom order, and production starts once you approve it. If we don't hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved.
Do you deliver across the UAE and abroad?
Yes. We deliver across the UAE and ship internationally. You choose your delivery date on the product page, or we confirm it in your quote, and we email you when your order is dispatched. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer. Please give a full street address, as we can't deliver to a PO Box.
How can I pay, and are prices in AED?
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and any VAT that applies is shown at checkout. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Full payment is needed before production starts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
What is the difference between straight and curved?
A straight display gives a flat, wide backdrop. A curved display bends around the stand, looks more premium and helps pull visitors in.
How long does setup take?
About 10 to 15 minutes, no tools. We include simple setup steps with every display.
Can I reuse the frame?
Yes. The frame lasts for many shows. When your message changes, you only need a new printed graphic.
Can I use it outdoors?
It is made for indoor exhibitions. Outdoors, wind can move the display, so use it only in calm conditions.
Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. We email a free digital proof before production. Check the artwork, wording and selected options, then reply with approval or corrections. Under our artwork approval and delivery policy, if we do not hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved and production starts. Late approval can move the delivery date.
What flooring can I add?
Choose 10 x 10, 10 x 20 or 20 x 20 ft interlocking floor tiles in a dark, gray or light wood look.
