Frequently asked questions

What is SEG?

SEG means silicone edge graphic. The printed fabric has a thin silicone strip sewn around the edge that pushes into a groove in the frame for a tight, seamless finish.

Why choose a folding frame?

It folds down to a compact size for travel and sets up faster than a fixed frame.

Will I see my design before it is printed?

Yes. We email you a free digital proof and only start printing once you approve it.
