Frequently asked questions
Can I return or exchange my order?
Everything we make is custom, so we can't take orders back if you change your mind. If your order is damaged, faulty, the wrong item, size or quantity, has missing parts, or does not match the proof you approved, we will exchange it, remake it or refund you.
Will I see a design proof before production?
Yes. We send a free digital proof for every custom order, and production starts once you approve it. If we don't hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved.
Do you deliver across the UAE and abroad?
Yes. We deliver across the UAE and ship internationally. You choose your delivery date on the product page, or we confirm it in your quote, and we email you when your order is dispatched. For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer. Please give a full street address, as we can't deliver to a PO Box.
How can I pay, and are prices in AED?
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), and any VAT that applies is shown at checkout. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Full payment is needed before production starts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Is a fabric banner better than a vinyl banner?
Fabric looks more premium, has no glare and folds without creasing, so it suits indoor events and displays. Vinyl is tougher and fully waterproof, so it is the better choice for long term outdoor use.
Can fabric banners be washed?
Yes. The print is dyed into the fabric, so you can hand wash the banner in cold water with a mild detergent and let it air dry.
Can I order a size that is not listed?
Yes. Choose Custom size and enter the width and height in whole feet, from 1 x 1 ft up to 30 x 30 ft.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Choose Both Sides and we print your design on the front and the back.
Will I see my design before it is printed?
Yes. We email a free digital proof before production. Check the artwork, wording and selected options, then reply with approval or corrections. Under our artwork approval and delivery policy, if we do not hear back within 3 days, the proof is treated as approved and production starts. Late approval can move the delivery date.
