The cooler months from January to March are sports day season in UAE schools. Track and field days, swimming galas, football tournaments and inter house competitions all need medals and trophies, and children remember the day they went home with one. Here is how schools and sports academies can plan.

Fun shaped medals such as the UAE shaped medal.

Order medals with ribbons in your house or school colours to make the ceremony look organised.

Feather flags in house colours around the field.

Event inflatables such as arches for the finish line.

Planning checklist

Count events and age groups to get the medal quantity, then add 10 percent.
Decide the engraving text: school name, event name and year.
Order tents and banners at the same time to keep colours matching.
