Frequently asked questions

Is the pole included?

Choose Pole and Base to add a tall pole with a heavy base. Choose None for the printed flag only.

What is the difference between single and both sides?

Single sided flags are printed on one layer and show a mirror image on the back. Both sides uses a blockout layer so each side reads correctly.

Will I see my design before it is printed?

Yes. We email you a free digital proof and only start printing once you approve it.
